Free Hyde Park holiday open house with children's reading festival and other activities, Saturday, December 5, 2009

9 a.m. to 6 p.m., free guided tours of the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt, featuring family holiday traditions including "FDR" reading from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, 2-4 p.m.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m., free admission to the FDR Presidential Library and Museum decorated for Christmas.
