Have five years or less in the profession? The Greater Capital Region Teachers Center's (GRTC) Teachers' Mini-Project has offered a new round - applications due March 19, 2010. Grants are meant to assist with designing teaching strategies, enhancing teaching skills,and supporting classroom efforts. Get an application.
GCRTC also funds Learning in the Learning Profession Partnership Project to support moving from research into practice. Learn the way other professionals do -- continually, collaboratively, and on the job, addressing common problems and crucial challenges where they work. Improve professional practice and student learning.
Application deadline: March 26. Maximum grant: $2,000. All awardees must
attend an implementation and assessment seminar on Thursday, April 29.
